About Us...

In 1983 District Administrators from the then Central States Conference and Central Wisconsin Conference voted to combine the two conferences to form what is now known as the Central Wisconsin Conference.  The 17 schools were divided into two divisions based on size.  Original members of the newly formed Central Wisconsin Conference were:

In 2000 Stevens Point Pacelli was accepted into the conference’s large division.

Although schools have moved back and forth between divisions based on enrollment, the 18 schools still remain in the conference today. (See Participating Schools Link).

In 2007 School Administrators agreed to realign the conference to reflect changing enrollment.  Beginning with the 2008/2009 school year the conference will be aligned as follows:
